B.A., with distinction, University of Virginia; J.D., cum laude, Harvard. Professor Cohen is a partner with Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP where he practices in their employee benefits and executive compensation group. He focuses on qualified retirement plans and executive compensation. Professor Cohen has previous experience in teaching employee benefits as an Adjunct Professor at Catholic University of America School of Law.
