Students may not receive credit for this course and Legal Writing Seminar: Theory and Practice for Law Fellows, Advanced Legal Writing and Practice for Judicial Clerks and Civil Litigators, or Advanced Legal Writing: Legal Writing as a Discipline.

THIS COURSE REQUIRES PROFESSOR PERMISSION TO ENROLL. Students should email Professor Jeffrey Lopez ( with a short explanation of their interest in the seminar no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 4, 2018. After the June 4 application deadline, students will be admitted into open seats on a rolling basis.
