Students may not receive credit for this course and the International Negotiations Seminar in the graduate program (LAWJ/G-958) or International Business Negotiations.

FIRST CLASS ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY. All enrolled and waitlisted students must be in attendance at the start of the first class session in order to be eligible for a seat in the class.

Students may not withdraw from this class after the add/drop period ends without the permission of the professor.

B.A., Princeton; J.D., University of Virginia. Professor Harr has recently retired as Vice President - Law at Motorola Solutions Inc. He was managing partner at the Washington Office of Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly and prior to that, was with Covington & Burling. He served on Binational Dispute Settlement Panels under the U.S./Canadian Free Trade Agreement and was on the special impeachment inquiry staff investigating Richard Nixon for the House Judiciary Committee. Professor Harr has lectured on antitrust practice at the University of Virginia and spoken on a broad range of topics, including international trade, trade regulation, intellectual property, compliance, and privacy in numerous forums.
