Personal Information


Professor Carlson graduated from Colby College in 1998 and Georgetown University Law Center in 2003. After graduation, he clerked for the Honorable John M. Rogers of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Lexington, Kentucky.  Professor Carlson is currently Counsel in the Legal Division of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (Professional Liability and Financial Crimes Section, Professional Liability Unit).  He previously practiced at Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, DC.
